The Work

Each store is an original design. Not a template, not a reskin. Built to make the brand stick while keeping the purchase flow familiar.

How This Works

No surprises. You'll always know what's happening, what I need from you, and what's next.

  1. 01 Align

Goals, vibe, priorities, and content. We figure out what you're bringing and what needs to be created before anything else.

  2. 02 Direction

First visual pass you can actually react to. Not a mood board. A real design.

  3. 03 Build

Consistent pages and components come together. You see progress weekly.

  4. 04 Polish + QA

Mobile, details, edge cases. The stuff that separates good from great.

  5. 05 Launch + Handoff

Clean rollout. Handoff notes so you can make edits without calling me.

Throughout

Clear timelines, weekly updates, a single feedback hub, and a launch checklist you'll actually use.

Questions I usually get

Clear answers upfront so you know what to expect before we start.

Do you handle branding, photography, or copy?

Theme builds assume you're bringing your own content: product shots, lifestyle images, copy, and a locked brand identity. If you're not there yet on any of those, I can help. I do 3D product rendering, can art direct photo shoots, and can point you to copywriters and brand designers I trust. If you like the visual direction in the portfolio work, that's a separate conversation.

What's the difference between Growth and Premium?

Growth is the full custom store. Premium is for functionality beyond standard e-commerce: bundles, subscriptions, configurators.

Can we start small and expand later?

Yes. A lot of brands start with Starter to launch, then come back for the Growth treatment once they know what's working.

What about support after the included window?

I offer ongoing support on a retainer basis. These themes are custom, and some features live outside the theme editor. If you plan to make regular updates and want the person who built it handling the parts that need code, that's an option.

Who's behind this

I'm Christopher, the person behind Raw Halo. I build stores that don't look like everything else on Shopify.

Christopher Fichtner portrait

Art direction that ships.

Before Shopify, I spent years making visuals for the music industry and e-commerce brands. Album campaigns, product launches, motion work, and 3D renders, the kind of projects where the brief is "make this look undeniable." That's the same energy I bring to building stores.

Clients I've delivered for include Universal Music, Atlantic Records, Republic Records, Warner Records, AMC Shudder, Wolf and Shepherd, and Whop.com.

I lead design and UX, then build the theme with AI-assisted speed. When a feature needs deep engineering, I bring in specialist partners. What ships is what matters.

If your current store looks like every other Shopify store, or you're worried a new one will, let's talk. I'll learn about your business, you'll learn about the process, and we'll figure out if it's a fit.
